The Cathedral Guild was established to assist and support the activities of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception by providing volunteering opportunities at congregational social events and support services for the Church.
- Hospitality – fellowship gatherings and celebrations
- Arts & Environment – provide assistance with the decorating of the Church
- St. Joseph Gift Shop – selling of items before and after weekend masses
- Altar Linens – laundering of altar linens
